The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 24(5) read with section 44 of the NEMA, amended the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014.
 
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has furthermore, in terms of sections 24(2), 24(5), 24D and 44, read with section 47A(1)(b) of the NEMA, amended - 

• The Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 1 of 2014;
• The Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 2 of 2014;
• The Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 3 of 2014.
